If a product does not conform to the contract
The seller, MB EP TRADE, is responsible for product conformity. Consumers have statutory protection for a lack of conformity becoming apparent within two years of delivery, subject to applicable law. Any manufacturer’s commercial guarantee does not replace or limit this protection.
Available remedies
You may initially request a free repair or replacement, unless the chosen remedy is impossible or disproportionately costly compared with the alternative. The remedy must be provided within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. Necessary shipping, labour and material costs are not charged to the consumer.
In the circumstances provided by law, such as an unresolved or recurring defect, a sufficiently serious defect, or refusal to remedy it, you may request a proportionate price reduction or terminate the contract. Termination is not available for a minor defect.
An additional year when you choose repair
For goods purchased from 31 July 2026, choosing repair rather than replacement during the statutory guarantee period extends that period for the whole product by 12 months at no charge. This extension applies once, regardless of the number of repairs. We inform you about the choice between repair and replacement and the extension associated with repair.
How to contact us
Email info@labus-shop.eu with the order number or other proof of purchase, product code, description of the issue, when it appeared and the remedy requested. Photographs or a video may help if available. Original packaging is not a prerequisite for exercising statutory rights.
If inspection is necessary, we will arrange how the product is handed over. Do not send damaged or swollen batteries by ordinary post; contact us first for safe handling arrangements.
We provide a reasoned response to a written complaint within 14 calendar days. This is the complaint response deadline; the time needed for repair is assessed separately against the requirement for a reasonable period.
If we cannot resolve the issue
You may contact Lithuania’s State Consumer Rights Protection Authority, A. Goštauto g. 12, LT-01108 Vilnius, vvtat.lrv.lt, submit a request through VTIS, or apply to a competent court.
