Paying for your order
Payments will be processed through Montonio. Online payments are currently unavailable. Once activated, the payment methods available for your order will be shown at checkout. We do not currently accept payment for orders.
Product prices are in euros and include VAT. The selected delivery charge and total payable are displayed before you place an order that requires payment.
If a payment fails
Check the message from your bank or payment provider and your order status. If you have been charged but have not received confirmation, contact info@labus-shop.eu before paying again. Include the order number, date and amount; do not send payment card details.
Refunds
When you withdraw from a distance contract, refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method that involves no additional cost to you. See “Returns and withdrawal” for the conditions and deadlines.
Import charges
If you choose direct or express delivery, EU import duties and the carrier’s customs clearance fees may apply. These charges are not included in your order total. If applicable, the carrier will inform you of the amount and payment arrangements before delivery.
