Your 14-day right to change your mind
Consumers may withdraw from a distance sales contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day they, or a person they designate other than the carrier, receive the goods. For goods ordered together but delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item. Statutory exceptions may apply as explained below.
How to notify us
Before the deadline, send a clear withdrawal statement to info@labus-shop.eu or Ukmergės g. 369, LT-06327 Vilnius, Lithuania. You may use the form below, but it is optional. Simply failing to collect a parcel is not a clear statement of withdrawal.
Withdraw online
You may also use our online withdrawal function: the “Withdraw from contract” link in the website footer or Withdraw from contract. After you submit and confirm your statement, we will promptly acknowledge receipt on a durable medium, such as email, including the statement and its submission date and time. You can still notify us by email or another clear statement.
Where and when to return goods
Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us of withdrawal to ELEKTRONIKOS PASAULIS, PC BIG, II aukštas, Ukmergės g. 369, LT-06327 Vilnius, Lietuva. Dispatching before the deadline is sufficient. Retain proof of dispatch.
You pay the direct return shipping cost when exercising the right of withdrawal. For goods that cannot normally be returned by post due to their nature, the return cost or a reasonable estimate must be disclosed before purchase. Different statutory remedies apply to faulty goods; this allocation of return costs to the buyer does not apply to those remedies.
Condition of returned goods
You may handle the goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be liable, as provided by law, for diminished value caused by handling beyond that. Opening packaging does not by itself remove the right of withdrawal, except where a specific statutory exception applies. Return the supplied accessories and pack the goods securely; include the original packaging if retained.
Refund timing
We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal statement. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of dispatch, whichever occurs first, unless we have offered to collect the goods ourselves.
For withdrawal from the entire contract, the refund includes the goods price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery we offered. Any surcharge for a more expensive delivery option is not refunded. There is no refund handling fee. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise without additional cost to you.
Exceptions
Only statutory exceptions apply, and only if the particular goods meet their conditions. Examples include goods made to individual specifications or clearly personalised; unsealed goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons; and sealed software or audio/video recordings that have been unsealed. Ordinary electronic goods, or ordering a product from a supplier, are not exceptions by themselves. Any applicable absence of withdrawal rights is disclosed before purchase.
